Freight

Freight to anywhere in Australia is $9 for 1 book and $11 for 2 or more books. We regret that we cannot ship to destinations outside Australia.

Delivery

Books that are in stock will be dispatched within 2 business days. The VWC will notify a customer if an item is placed on back-order and communicate the approximate delivery date. Once items are lodged with Australia Post, the Victorian Writers' Centre will not be responsible for lost or delayed parcels. We will cooperate in tracking orders where we can.

Returns policy

Where an item has been correctly shipped by the VWC, a credit for the item may be issued if the customer wishes to return it. The customer must notify the VWC within 5 days of receiving it, and the VWC must receive the item within 5 days of this notification, and in brand new condition. All postage costs will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Where an error has been made by the VWC, all postage costs and refund or exchange of the book will be the responsibility of the VWC.
