Creative Writing
Tuesday 5 October 2010 - Thursday 7 October 2010
This series of workshops focuses on particular aspects of creative writing: themes, structure, writers’ voice and imagery, developing characters and developing a process. After an introduction, light warm-up and a focusing exercise, participants write in the workshops. Whether you are writing prose or drama you will receive feedback and take home work to develop.
Tuesday – Getting started, themes, structure; Wednesday – Developing characters, use of dialogue; Thursday – Writer’s voice, imagery.
