Join agent Jenny Darling, publisher Erica Wagner and writer Meme McDonald as they discuss the process of manuscript publication, outlining the author, agent and publisher relationship and what follows on to make a successful author.

Meme McDonald’s latest work is the novel Love Like Water (Allen & Unwin, 2007) which is set in the desert. Her previous books – five of which have been written in collaboration with Boori Monty Pryor – have won six major literary awards. www.mememcdonald.com

Jenny Darling & Associates was established in 1998 and represents many internationally successful Australian authors.

Erica Wagner has worked as an editor and publisher for over 21 years. She is currently Publisher of Books for Children and Teenagers at Allen & Unwin.
